Join us for an evening of film and fun at Silverspot Cinema located in Downtown Miami on Sunday, March 10, 2019.  We will be viewing Hotel Mumbai.  Hotel Mumbai  is an Australian/US/Indian thriller film directed by Anthony Maras and written by John Collee and Maras. It is based on the 2009 documentary Surviving Mumbai about the Mumbai attacks in 2008 at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in India. The film stars Dev Patel, Armie Hammer, Nazanin Boniadi, Anupam Kher, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Jason Isaacs, Suhail Nayyar and Natasha Liu Bordizzo.  The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on 7 September 2018.

 The movie starts at 8:15 p.m.  We will make our way to our seats at 7:45 p.m.

 Silverspot Cinema (https://www.silverspot.net) offers in-theater dining so you can order delicious food and drinks right to your seat. The theater advises patrons to give themselves enough time to park. The best parking option is Met3 Building (Whole Foods building which is across the street from the theater). Attendees can have their parking validated for $8.00 for 4 hours. 

Movie Sypnosis: Featuring a star-studded cast led by Armie Hammer and Dev Patel, Hotel Mumbai tells the harrowing true story of the 2008 Mumbai terrorists attack on the famed Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Not for the faint of heart, writer-director Anthony Maras’ expertly crafted debut feature throws the viewer headfirst into the chaos. Tickets to the movie are $13.00 and must be purchased through MIFF.
